Welcome to InflufitApp.com ("Influfit", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you ("user", "you", or "customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. About Influfit

Influfit is a digital platform that connects users with fitness and nutrition programs created by influencers. We host and facilitate the sale of content such as workout and diet plans, but we do not create or medically review any content offered by influencers.

2. Medical Disclaimer

By purchasing and participating in any fitness or diet program through Influfit, you acknowledge the following:

  • You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
  • Influfit and the influencers are not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or adverse effects you may experience.
  • You agree that you have consulted with a licensed physician before starting any fitness or diet program.
  • The information provided is for general guidance only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made through Influfit are processed securely via Stripe. All purchases are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any program or feature on our platform, you agree that:

  • You will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute.
  • You understand that digital goods cannot be returned once accessed.

4. Platform Access

Influfit is available via the App Store and Google Play Store. You can use the mobile app to:

  • View purchased content
  • Access your workout/diet programs
  • Stay updated with influencer events
  • Join live or virtual sessions

Note: The app functions as a viewer only. All purchases are made via the website.

5. Sneak Peek Feature

The Sneak Peek option allows users to preview one day of a program before purchasing it in full. Access is granted only if permitted by the influencer. Sneak Peek is:

  • Available as a paid feature
  • Non-refundable
  • Limited to one day per program per user

6. Meet and Greet / Events

Influencers may organize in-person, virtual, or hybrid events such as meet-and-greets, workouts, or branded experiences. By attending or participating, you agree:

  • Influfit only facilitates the event listing and does not organize or operate the events.
  • Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
  • Influfit is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during any event.

7. Influencer Responsibility

Each influencer is solely responsible for the content of their programs, including:

  • Accuracy of their workouts or meal plans
  • Event organization and communication
  • Deciding which content is available for Sneak Peek

Influfit is not liable for misinformation, miscommunication, or disputes between users and influencers.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, copy, or distribute any content without permission.
  • Misuse or abuse the platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the mobile app or website.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, app functionality, and user interface, is the property of Influfit or its licensors. Influencer content remains the intellectual property of each creator.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influfit shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Injuries or health issues resulting from use of the platform or any content purchased
  • Errors in payment processing or data loss

11. Modifications and Updates

Influfit reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance.
